We had the Outer Banks Wildlife Shelter (OWLS) come visit during our summer programming! They brought a live Owl to meet the kids, and they brought owl pellets for everyone to dissect. The children got to identify bones from the animals the owl ate!
LaToya and Kisha hosted our Back to School Cookout this month! The kids had a blast playing in the foam pit and wrestling with giant blow-ups.
Our congregation participated in our annual Backpack Blessings during service. Members wrote words of encouragement and placed them in the book bags for each child.
