The NC Seafood Festival is held in Morehead City the first weekend of October every year and it is a huge event. UCF joined the lottery to sell Pepsi at the festival — and our name was selected. We will receive a percentage of the profits but we have to man (or woman) the Pepsi can for all hours that the festival is open — Friday through Sunday.

Except for one brief shower on Saturday, the weather was great this year and the festival was jammed with people. Thanks to Jo Ellen Essex, we filled all the slots and we all had a great time. Thank you to all who volunteered. We will find out soon how much money we raised for our church!
