What a joy to hear about 3 amazing women who attend our congregation! They were honored in the NAACP “Women of Excellence” event last week. Princess Carr (far left) has read her deeply inquisitive poetry to us, Sujata Bijou (in the middle in red) and her family just started attending after meeting us at the Pride event in Emerald Isle, and Janet Nye (in black, third from the right) and her family have been attending for a while. Queens in our midst, doing wonderful work in schools, organizing, cooking – moving us closer and closer to the world we dream of. Congratulations to you all!  We are so proud of you!!!
