Saturday, December 7, a group of parents and children from our congregation met at Walmart to shop for six Christmas Angels, four from one family and two from a second family. Great fun was had shopping and checking their Christmas “Wish lists” and clothes sizes and favorite colors to make sure Santa got everything just right! We included beautiful handmade scarf and hat sets made by the “Twisted Sisters” for each of the parents. 

Many thanks to the following people who participated: The Simons Family (Roanne, Leslie, Emily, and Owen), and Sarah Sutherland and her granddaughter Halle, and Janet and Drew Nye with their kids, Hope and George. We all enjoyed pizza when we returned to the church to wrap the presents. And a very special thanks to all the congregants who gave generously to make Christmas possible for our six Angels!
