Casa Abuelita (Grandma’s House) provides respite weekends on the Crystal Coast for Latina moms who have children with special health care needs. Thanks to the generosity of UCF, we provided the moms with crafts and beach bags loaded with special items like beach towels, personalized coffee mugs, bath salt, painted rocks, decoupaged oyster shells, and journals.
